In 1995 the company ventured in the cellular phone accessories distribution business. The business have increased tremendously especially in the Visayas and Mindanao regions. Due to the request of the increasing number of dealers and agents, the company have began soliciting subscriber for PILTEL and Smart Communications in early 1996.
1996
In June 1996 the company was incorporated as BERLEIN ELECTRONICS CORP. and at the same time was appointed as one of the major dealers of Smart Communications for its cellular phone products and services.
